Choosing a wedding photographer is a big decision and sometimes quite daunting. I myself do not particularly enjoy having my photo taken. That is why I aim to capture your memories of your day in a relaxed and as natural way as possible.
No stiff awkward posing and no saying ‘cheeseee’ until you get cheesed off! Of course, you may want some of the more traditional line up photos of your bridal party but who says they cannot be fun? To get the best photos just be yourselves and dance the night away!

All collections include a pre-wedding consultation, which we can do via video chat. It’s a lovely chance for us to get to know each other and chat through your plans. If your venue is new to me, I’ll visit ahead of time and liaise with your planner to make sure everything runs smoothly on the day.

I also include engagement shoots in my Rose and Sunflower collections. If, like me, you are a bit nervous about having your picture taken then an engagement shoot is brilliant before your wedding. It gives you a chance to see how I work and get more comfortable around the camera. Believe me, it will be fun and not scary. I promise! Plus, you have some lovely memories and photos to share before the big day itself! All engagement shoots can be shot in any sort of location you like but ask about some locations if you are not sure. After every wedding I send you through a first look album of some of the photos from your day, so straight away you have some photos to share. I also send you through some free prints of some of my personal favourite ones of your day. There is nothing better than seeing your photos in print and I love seeing them too!
All your photos are then sent through to you on an online gallery where you can download, share, buy products and post your photos to your hearts content!

This isn’t something that you have to have, but I would highly recommend it! It maximises the coverage of your day and can provide a different perspective and angle of your day. For example, whilst I am at the front of your ceremony getting photos of the two of you. Your second Gloucestershire Wedding Photographer can be getting guests reactions and a different angle on your vows and first kiss.
Your second photographer can cover second partner prep, your guests whilst you are having couples photos or any other element you wish. They are also fantastic at ensuring the day runs well along with myself. It’s great to have help when organising your guests for any group shots you may wish to have. Their complementary images will always add to your wedding photos as they are edited by myself to ensure a seamless collection.

Albums are also available and included in our Sunflower collection. There are so many options to choose from with an album and it can be quite overwhelming when you are trying to do it yourself.
So that’s where I can help! All you have to do is choose a few preferences – colours, size, material etc. and of course choose your favourite photos. You can choose these in your online gallery and I will be able to view this too. From there I will create your beautiful album whilst you get to sit back and relax.
Don’t worry I always send through proofs before hitting print, so if you want to make any changes you can.

I aim to send you your final album 4-6 weeks after your wedding. If this was to change during busy periods I would keep you informed. I always send you through a first look album straight after your wedding containing about 5-15 photos from throughout your day. This is usually sent within 24 hours but again may vary depending on how busy I am at other couples’ weddings.
This varies depending on the collection and of course the wedding but on average a half day at around 5-6 hours has a minimum of 400 and a full day 700+ images. Most of the time its more. Black and white photos are also included. If you are looking for as much coverage as possible, I would highly recommend a second photographer too – just let me know and I can talk you through this.
Of course! I am happy to bring along your list on the day. I would recommend keeping group shots to a smaller number (10 at most) so you can enjoy your day without having to stand around for photos for ages. The rest of the photos on the list I will get throughout the day. I would recommend making sure immediate family including any Grandparents are on your list.

Yes I edit the photos. The process of editing essentially involves making an appropriate artistic judgement on each photo for a cohesive collection. With minor adjustments to the exposure and crop or a conversion to black and white, for example. After this process you’ll receive perfectly-crafted digital images that reflect your beautiful day and you as a couple. However, if you want certain photos photoshopped in any I can offer this service (depending on the request) for an additional fee.
Yes I do! All weddings are different so I try to offer collections to fit the majority of weddings however if you need something different get in touch! If you are only looking for a few hours coverage I am more than happy to send you a bespoke quote. If you are looking for an elopement or destination wedding then get in touch with more details of your day and what you are looking for, then I can come up with a bespoke collection for you.
Although I am a Gloucestershire Wedding Photographer I am happy to travel literally anywhere. I love to travel and meet couples all over the country. I have covered weddings in Gloucestershire, Cheltenham, Stroud, Cirencester. As well as Wales, Somerset, Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire and Devon. All my collections include travel within the UK.

Of course! Again, although I am based in Gloucestershire we are more than happy to travel anywhere! I have flown out to Majorca for a wedding and it was amazing! Yes! I offer a selection of different albums. You can pre order one before your wedding day or come back to me after. They really are a very special touch after your wedding. I always show albums at my wedding fayres so pop along to see one! If you want more information on albums, drop me a message and I can send you over my wedding guide.

A second photographer is just that. A second person on your day taking photos of your lovely day. They are great for getting variety of photos and full coverage of your day. I take their photos at the end of your day and edit them along with my own to give you a beautiful full album that works seamlessly together.
The best bit is I organise everything for you. You don’t need to go hunting for another photographer. I am very lucky to be surrounded by a group of very talented wedding photographers who I work with both as a lead and a second myself. From this brilliant group I bring along one as your second. I know and trust each of them so can give you peace of mind that your second photographer is fantastic.
Ask yourself these questions:
If you answered yes to all of these then I would highly recommend you book a second. This doesn’t mean this isn’t possible with just one photographer however we can’t be in two places at once. Don’t panic second photographers do not cost you double. I charge £400 for a second photographer for all day or £250 for 5 hours coverage with a second.
