This shoot was a stunning shoot and Rebecca and Ed were absolutely wonderful on their Dyffryn Gardens Engagement Shoot. In sunny July of 2022, I met the lovely Rebecca and Ed at the gardens on a glorious day.
If you are looking for a location full of colour and flowers for your engagement shoot or even wedding then you have to check out Dyffryn Gardens just outside of Cardiff. You won’t be disappointed! It is an Edwardian garden run by the National Trust. Some features including a walled kitchen garden. arboretum, glasshouse and huge Edwardian mansion house. The house is currently under full restoration so you cannot go in but the gardens are stunning.
All of their photos were taken around the gardens and the variety is amazing! Every corner you turn is another opportunity for some lovely couples portraits together. The colours of the gardens in July is breath taking. We ended up wandering around together for a few hours as the opportunities just kept on coming. Everything from wildflower meadows, to sunflowers taller than Ed and even a conservatory full of different cacti!
